An established and reliable family run groundworks business operating from the heart of surrey and into the surrounding counties. We have an excellent reputation for being a competitive, helpful and reliable team with many returning clients. Webb Groundworks are happy to project manage your works from start to finish with staff SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certified as well as first aid trained.
Safety is our number one priority. We have a comprehensive health and safety policy that is backed up by project specific risk assessments and method statements that are continuously monitored & updated.
We own our own plant and machinery including excavators and dumpers ranging from 20 tonne through to 1 tonne micro excavators and dumpers. With no need for plant hire, we can pass those savings on to you.
All of our work is completed to the highest possible standard. Having worked in the construction industry for 40 years Webb Groundworks has built up a reliable database of companies that supply competitive, quality products as well as specialist sub-contractors that we can rely on.

Webb Groundworks have been working with Chessington World of Adventures Resort for over 35 years and have been involved in delivering some of our iconic rides such as Rattlesnake (1998), Pirate Ship (both in 1986 and 2021) and Beanoland (2000). More recently, they have been involved in both infrastructure projects such as our car park roadways and ride projects such as our new Rainforest Land. Working at a theme park has the added complexity of working around guests, existing rides and attractions, and animal enclosures. Webb manages this very well, always remaining flexible, adaptable and professional at all times and continue to deliver great products for Chessington time and again.

I have had the pleasure of having Webb Groundworks carry out work as part of a number of projects I have been directly, and indirectly, responsible for. The scope of projects have varied greatly and have included installation of palisade fencing, laying ducting for CCTV and power and hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) works. Their workmanship, attention to detail and health and safety focus are excellent and they genuinely care about the client.
